Today is 30th oct. 2009.I am Tarun Passi.I had taken a interview of managing director of BHARAT BOX FACTORY LMT.The name of M.D. is Mr. PARVEEN AGGARWAL.

Mr. Parveen Aggarwal is in the business from more than 20 years.Their main business is of packaging products and after that expand thier business which is related with plastic products
& its brand name is joy home products.After that they expand his business by making new products which includes many types of FMCG products like harpic cleaner, mosquitos, glass cleaner etc.FROM this interview i come to know about how to achieve the success in business how we have to manage and control the things which will happen in to start the business and to run the business successfully.I have learnt from Mr. Parveen Aggarwal that hard work is the main key to success and your successfulness of business mainly depends upon your team-mates or your co-executives and on your staff or employees.I also learnt from him that you have to divide the work in this way that each work is done by whom who has specialised in this work.HE said their target in the 2010- 11 to attain the turnover up to 1000crores. SO, by this way i also motivated that we have been always VISION in our life or in the business to achieve the success.When I asked from him the most memorable moment of him from business point of view then they told me that my most memorable moment in my life is that when we inaugurated our PAPER MILL in JAMMU & KASHMIR because this was our dream project.So, i learnt from him that if you have any dream only then you will be able to achieve this.Proper plaaning , controlli- ng, staffing and hard working is the main elements to achieve the success in business. There should be proper leadership and motivation are also required to run the business successfully. SO, MR. Parveen Aggarwal helped me to know the techniques to start a business and to achieve the success in business.
